Thank you for choosing LePar Animal Hospital as your partner in caring for your pet. To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Please call our office at 708-423-3200 to schedule your appointment. Though we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time please realize that emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional an appointment delay is inevitable.
Once your appointment is set, filling out our new client form online will save you time when you arrive for your appointment. This form will cover the most of the information that we need about you and your pet, so there will only be a short form to fill out on the day of your first visit.
