Cats are individuals. Metabolism, activity level and the calories per cup of food given all play a role. You should be able to find the calories per cup of your cat's food by checking the label. If the information is not listed you may need to call a toll free number on the label or look online. Once you have that information you can reference the charts below to see if the amount of food you are feeding is within the ranges on the charts below.
